It will follow the experiences of the people of Berkshire, at home and abroad, day by day through World War I, 100 years on. These authentic voices of the past come from a variety of sources at the Berkshire Record Office, including diaries, letters, parish magazines and school log books.

    I am looking for any information about Herbert Coleman regiment No 1085 stationed at the Swaythling Remount Depot, Southampton (1914-1920) my maternal great Grandfather.
